Mudder Training: Day Twenty

Went into my CrossFit box today to do the Saturday WOD.

It was a 20 min. AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible):

1 Rope Climb

10 Push Ups (hand release at the bottom)

20 Wall Ball Shots (20)

My goal was 8 rounds, and I fell just a few wall balls shots short.

I am starting to feel really confident on the rope climbs.  Pushups were easy, but got annoying as time went on.  The wall ball shots were the WORST.  Had to break them up in fives.  It was basically doing the “Karen” WOD (150 wall ball shots) with rope climbs and pushups in between.

Also, 20 minutes of any CrossFit workout is killer!  Every single person was lying on the ground after it was done.
