Mudder Training: Day Twenty-Two

Today was my short mileage day, so I created a fun interval workout with some weight work mixed in.

Ran 1 mile (about 6:50)

10 power cleans

10 pullups

20 pushups

Ran 800 meters (about 4:00)

10 power cleans

10 pullups

20 pushups

Ran 400 meters (about 2:00)

10 power cleans

10 pullups

20 pushups

This ended up being a lot harder than I expected.  The last run was pretty slow.  But so much of it is training myself to push through the pain when I’m by myself.  When I’m with others the competition makes me go faster and rest less often.
